One year with Accelerate

When you start your journey at Zington, you will spend your first year in Zington Accelerate. After the first year you will move to the business area that matches what you want to do. This means that you get support from both your leader and your team within Accelerate, but also support from your future leader and the team in your future business area.

During your year at Accelerate, we will be focusing on developing three things:

1. Your skills
2. Your personal leadership
3. Your consulting experience

Your skills

Competence is based on practical experience and theoretical knowledge. Once we have developed your development plan, we build your expertise through consulting, project and team experience. We make sure that you take to the courses and the certifications you need to get started. We build your digital know-how through exciting and challenging customer projects and educations to prepare you for your dream project.

We believe in evolving together and taking care of each other. To grow and become smarter, better and stronger. Development does not necessarily need to be linked to yourown  personal role, but also to things that can help you develop as a person. For example, it may be about development in the form of building new offers. Another example is our course on how to become a true speech guru, for those who want to build their personal brand.

Personal leadership

We are all leaders here and we value the personal leadership highly. In addition to competence forums and individual development plans, all our new employees undergo a tailor-made leadership program. There we get the chance to develop our personal and professional leadership and also get a thorough introduction to Zington.

We also believe in the power of gaining trust. Confidence to work with things you think is interesting. Examples of this may be to work with new offers, but also to engage in Zington's sustainability and equality work.
