Our agile quality assurance course offers cross-functional Scrum teams (comprised of Scrum Master, Product Owner and Development Team) a shared understanding of quality, QA strategies and quality goals. After completing the course, the team will have both the knowledge and the tools needed to proactively work with, implement and analyse improvements. The course takes a full day, combining theory and practical exercises and involving all participants.

Prior knowledge and material
While no prior knowledge is necessary for the course, we do recommend that the entire scrum team participates at the same time. Up to two teams can attend the same course.
